Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days in which you can refund or exchange items purchased from this store.

The item being returned should be unused and should be in the condition that you received it with original packaging.  We only exchange items that are faulty or defective in some way.

Certain types of items are exempt from the option for return. Dated items (perishable) such as food, plants like flowers may not be returned.  Newspapers and magazines (due to inherent expiry) also cannot be returned.  Software that is downloaded also may not be returned.

Customized or peronalized products or any other products special-ordered for you cannot be returned (except for replacement of faulty items where approrpriate).

Please only return items after first contacting us and we will provide return instructions.


Exchange or Refunds

Once we've received your item back and your item has been approved for refuned or replacement (please allow approximate 10 days for returned items to arrive, on average), we'll contact you to confirm your refund or dispatch of a replacement item (as appropriate).

In certain circumstances, we may not accept a returned item (if it is returned outside of the return period or if the condition of the item is not acceptable).

If your return is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


Refund price

Once a returned item is approved for refund, we will refund the amount you paid regardless of whether the price of the item has subsequently increased or decreased.


Items delivered to a different address, person or as a gift

Items that are delivered to a different address or person to than the original purchaser will always be refunded to the original buyer and that person will become aware of your return.  We cannot send a refund credit to any other person than the original buyer.  We can, however, send replacement items (where faulty) to the delivery address.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable so you will be responsible for any costs involved in returning items to us.  If you would like a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.  However, if we are sending a replacement item (for a faulty item) we will not in that case charge return shipping costs.

Safe return of your item

If you're returning an item of any value above $10 we recommend obtaining some kind of insurance or tracking capability for your parcel.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it is important to take appropriate precautions to protect your return.
